I consider myself a humanistic, person-centered therapist who is passionate and empathetic. I utilize my knowledge in psychology, social work, and biomedical/nutrient therapy to help my clients overcome and manage mental health concerns. This allows them to achieve good health, a sense of well-being, and live life to the fullest.I am also passionate about helping children and adults repair self-esteem deficits.My extensive research on the effects of adverse childhood experiences has been a catalyst in my motivation to help children overcome mental and behavioral health issues, as well as those adult survivors of adverse childhood experiences.
