Margarita Valdez is a senior strategist and policy expert with over 20 years of experience and a demonstrated history of success working with various stakeholders in the health care industry. Skilled in policy analysis, government relations, grassroots advocacy, coalition building, and public speaking, Margarita joined HER’s leadership in 2021.

Margarita has a B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University and has done graduate work in Public Policy at Western Michigan University.
